Friday –begins at 4pm with a spiritual nature-focused workshop, followed by dinner and worship services with Rabbi Allison Cohen from Congregation B’nai Israel in Boca Raton, FL. Before Shabbat, there’ll be a purse auction with proceeds going toward the YES Fund. Our WRJ speaker for the weekend is Sandy Adland, WRJ Central District Immediate Past President and newly elected WRJ Executive Committee member.
Saturday – begins with a beautiful worship service with our adult B'not Mitzvah officiated by Rabbi Cohen. On this Shabbat, you’ll enjoy a day of spiritual self-study, group discussions and workshops which will bring the essence of nature into your life. We’ll work on a project that memorializes the 17 victims from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, FL and also benefits Camp Coleman. Saturday night begins with a delicious dinner to feed the spirit, followed by Havdalah with lots of music from Lori Corley, our SE District Chaplain. And, we’ll celebrate our B’not Mitzvah with a fun Oscar Party.
Sunday – begins with brunch followed by a special nature-based program. The bus will pick up those returning to the Atlanta airport at noon.
